Roles and Responsibilities: • Delivery & Governance • Own P&L, SLA performance, and service delivery outcomes across all regions • Lead incentive plan governance, crediting, payout operations, and dispute management • Drive transformation through stabilization, standardization, and automation • Establish control tower governance for payouts, liabilities, risk, and performance analytics • Ensure audit readiness, risk management, and SOX compliant operations • Leverage analytics to identify payout risks and crediting exceptions • Drive AI enabled capabilities and operational innovation • Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Serve as primary escalation point for client critical delivery and governance issues • Manage senior client and executive stakeholder relationships • Translate operational performance into executive level insights and decisions • Provide strategic direction and accountability across the tower • Lead multiple managers and regional delivery teams • People Leadership • Define workforce, capability, capacity, and succession strategy • Lead hiring, talent development, and leadership pipeline growth • Own performance management and appraisal governance • Drive retention, knowledge management, and business continuity planning • Sponsor training, certification, and capability development programs • Coach leaders on escalations, stakeholder management, and client interactions • Oversee onboarding and induction standards
