What would you do? • The Trainer Sales Support owns the design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of learning solutions for GCC sales-support teams. The Specialist translates category-data analysis, recommendation-deck preparation, customer portal operations, and promotional-data processes into structured learning journeys; leads needs analysis, curriculum governance, advanced facilitation, certification, and readiness; • Advanced Excel capability including lookups pivots data cleaning reconciliation and quality checks with str Excellent facilitation communication coaching influencing cross geography stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and governance disciplineong PowerPoint skills Experience in a GCC, shared-services, offshore-support, transition, or knowledge-transfer environment. • 5+ years in sales operations sales support category support MIS reporting data management shared services or comparable analytical operations including 3+ years in process training learning and development or capability building • Strong knowledge of category and SKU analysis recommendation decks master data customer portals promotional data quality controls needs analysis instructional design facilitation assessment
What are we looking for? • Continuous Improvement & Learning Innovation • Standardize and simplify training across accounts while retaining essential customer-specific requirements and expanding reusable digital learning, simulations, knowledge assets, and data-led reinforcement. • Partner with operations to embed lessons from process improvement and automation initiatives into training and change-adoption plans. • Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. • Experience with retail or CPG data platforms such as Circana IRI, Nielsen, retailer portals •• Evaluate effectiveness through feedback, retention, quality, accuracy, rework, productivity, and timeliness; use root-cause analysis to improve curricula, coaching, and stakeholder recommendations. • Stakeholder Leadership & Knowledge Management • Lead knowledge-transfer and train-the-trainer programs; mentor trainers, SMEs, and peer facilitators on instructional quality, engagement, assessment consistency, and feedback. • Represent learning in governance, calibration, change, transition, and launch-readiness forums, while maintaining approved content, attendance, assessment, certification,
Roles and Responsibilities: • Learning Strategy & Training Needs Analysis • Partner with sales-support leaders, quality teams, process owners, SMEs, and onshore stakeholders to identify capability gaps from quality, productivity, error, change, learner-feedback, and business-priority data. • Define role-based learning architecture and annual or quarterly plans covering new-hire training, cross-skilling, upskilling, refreshers, change adoption, prerequisites, certification, remediation, and sustainment. • Curriculum & Content Governance • Design and maintain facilitator guides, learner workbooks, simulations, case studies, system exercises, assessments, job aids, and quick-reference materials aligned to approved procedures. • Build practical modules for category and SKU analysis, recommendation decks, master lists, portal uploads, promotional data, quality checks, and account requirements, with robust version control and audit-ready governance. • Training Delivery & Advanced Facilitation • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs for new hires and tenured employees using adult-learning principles, business scenarios, guided practice, and structured debriefs. • Facilitate advanced Excel, PowerPoint, data-quality, analytical, and approved platform training, adapting delivery by proficiency and geography while maintaining standardized objectives and assessment rigor. • Assessment, Certification & Production Readiness • Design and administer knowledge, process, system, data-accuracy, and communication assessments with clear pass criteria and documented certification decisions. • Lead nesting, coaching, remediation, error analysis, and readiness reviews with operations; provide evidence-based recommendations, escalate risks early, and hand over certified learners. • Learning Effectiveness & Capability Analytics • Maintain dashboards for attendance, completion, assessment, certification, remediation, and agreed post-training
