Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Time zone alignment: this role requires availability to support sales activities aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone in North America.

This position is responsible for supporting the NCR Banking North American (NAMER) Go to Market (GTM) model. This position will play a key role in transforming the sales operations support function to deliver improved service and support to the sales team through information & management reporting and effective & efficient administrative activities related to the sales process.

This role will require a review of existing processes & support provided to the NAMER Banking sales teams with the intent to transform the current operations cadence to drive process improvements that deliver higher quality results and improvements across the organization. It is critical for this position to develop a clear understanding of the sales process to understand how process improvements can drive increased sales productivity. 

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide best-in-class data and analytics supporting the creation of true business intelligence driving a deeper understanding of the global go to market model, its performance triggers, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner to execute sales strategy within the NAMER region through improvements in operational cadence and productivity within the corporate CRM tool, Salesforce.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the NAMER region, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning/coverage modeling
• Lead sales transformation efforts to optimize sales coverage & end to end Sales Process

• Drive operational cadence on funnel management to ensure DQC & overlay alignment to business metrics through Salesforce.com CRM tool
• Review sales support delivery model & optimize support & cost model for transactional activity
• Support and provide the financial analysis and tools to provide business insights and recommendations to achieve business goals that enable cohesive strategic growth-oriented decisions.
• Strong SalesForce reporting and analytics background.

 Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in business/finance/engineering
• 2 - 5 years of finance/operations experience in sales support
• Proven track record in business transformation projects
• Have led BPR (business process re-engineering) projects and organizational re-design
• Strong business-to-business, analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills  
• Metrics & results driven with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven process mapping, gap analysis, and business problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to leverage relationships to obtain information necessary to provide the team with the most current business information.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment & prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to both senior financial / operational management, sales management, and executive management 
• Candidate must be self-motivated, directed person, detail oriented with high learning agility.
