What You'll Do
Revenue Operations Analyst, GPO
About the role
Revenue Operations sits between sales, marketing, finance and operations, turning data into decisions. As the GPO Analyst you own the group purchasing organization side of that work: membership rosters, contract eligibility, pricing accuracy, and the tracings and rebates reporting that sales leadership depends on.
You will be the go-to person internally for anything related to hospital and member affiliations, and the main contact for distribution partners when pricing or submissions need to be sorted out. A lot of this data is confidential, so accuracy and integrity matter as much as speed.
This role reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations.
What you will do
- Manage and maintain GPO membership rosters, keeping member information and GPO relationships current and verified
- Process, prepare and distribute tracings and rebate reports, including validating contract eligibility and handling resubmissions
- Work with distribution partners to collect tracings data, calculate rebates owed, and present the results to sales management
- Track member performance against purchase commitments and confirm they are in the right pricing tiers
- Review and validate GPO pricing requests, and keep internal and external pricing systems aligned with negotiated contracts
- Build reports and analytics in Power BI and Excel that sales leadership uses to make strategic calls
- Resolve pricing discrepancies, credit and rebill requests, and other partner issues
- Maintain customer and rep databases for sales reporting (CRM, lead tracking, competitor impact, market share) at corporate, divisional and territory level
- Represent Revenue Operations in cross functional projects with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Care and Compliance
What you need
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- At least 2 years in Revenue Operations or a similar finance role
- Strong Excel, including PivotTables
- Solid organizational and communication skills, and the ability to explain data clearly to people who are not analysts
- Comfortable running multiple projects independently against tight deadlines
- Experience working across teams and business units
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment where priorities shift
Nice to have
- MBA
- Experience with ERP systems, Access or other databases, and Salesforce
- Power BI reporting experience
