Job Summary**

Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets for Personal Financing (PF) products within RHB Bank Berhad, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Personal Financing products.
* Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of Personal Financing sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
* Monitor individual and team sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable Personal Financing solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all internal bank policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements related to Personal Financing sales.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing of Personal Financing applications.
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Actively participate in promotional activities and campaigns to drive Personal Financing sales.

Job Qualifications**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with Personal Financing products.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Thorough knowledge of Personal Financing products, credit policies, and relevant banking regulations.
* Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of integrity and strong customer-centric approach.
