飞利浦健康生活事业群主要产品：个护小家电，包括剃须刀、电动牙刷、冲牙器、吹风机、美容仪等。
西北区域销售负责人，负责飞利浦健康生活部西北辖区域市场销售管理、负责当地市场新渠道拓展，拓展礼品市场业务、经销商开发与日常管理，落实市场零售执行，推动完成销售目标。
主要职责
1.经销商管理
进货执行：与经销商紧密沟通，跟进执行每月进货计划。
PSI、BE、F2P管理。
监控经销商预算费用使用进度，核销到账进度和跟进。
2.零售管理
促销活动的落实、现场支持、活动有效性反馈、评估和报销凭证汇总。
专柜位置谈判、场租费用沟通。
新渠道开发和维护。
3.费用管理
严格控制费用和资源，确保根据财务的流程运行和操作。
推进A&P/Margin费用核销进度。
收集核销资料（促销协议、销售数据、活动结果等）。
4.零售团队管理
培训并指导零售督导及促销员团队，改善团队工作质量，建立高效的团队。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历
- 8年以上销售管理经验
- 有大型快消/日化/家电品牌方的工作背景，熟悉商超或百货等渠道，强经销商管理经验；
- 有西北大区，包括陕西省的市场管理经验；
- 具备较强的市场分析、营销策划和执行能力。
