Education/Training:

·   Bachelor degree and above

本科及以上学历

·   Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred

医学/药学/生物学等相关专业优先

Work Experience:

·   At least 3 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry.

至少3年的医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验

·   Preferred experience of public hospital listing and market development OR sales in Dermatology

既往有公立医院准入和市场开发的经验，或者具有皮肤科销售经验优先

·   Preferred experience of biologics/high value product sales in public hospital

Main Duties:

·     Responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory, achieve the greatest degree of sales growth and market share increase

在目标区域内完成销售指标，最大程度实现销售增长及市场占有率的提高

·     Collect and analyze target hospital potential and competitors’ intelligence, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth

·     Maintain ongoing communication, influencing and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve sales execution strategy and tactics
