ERAM TALENT is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a leading industrial organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, instrumentation, calibration, valves, electrical testing, or related industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Promote and sell calibration, instrumentation, valve, electrical testing, and industrial/trading services.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals from inquiry through order closure.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including inquiry, quotation, purchase order, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular updates on business development activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and trading partners to support customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Identify market trends and potential opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial sales or business development.

Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Instrumentation, Calibration, Valves, Electrical Testing, Industrial Services, or related sectors is preferred.

Strong experience handling RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.

Proven ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Good understanding of technical products/services and ability to communicate customer requirements to technical teams.

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines.

Knowledge of the Saudi industrial/Oil & Gas market and established client relationships will be an advantage.

Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel for client visits would be an advantage.
