As part of our growth, we are seeking a number of highly motivated Sales Directors. The successful candidate, with a focus on strategic customer relationships and opportunities, will develop and grow our IP Licensing and ASIC business. Ideally located in the Various Locations (US-California, Europe, India, Taiwan, Japan, Korea) , the successful candidates will be tasked with growing their geographic regions. These are a Full-Time positions.

Omni Design Technologies is a leading provider of high-performance, ultra-low power IP cores in advanced FinFET nodes to 28nm, that enable differentiated systems-on-chip (SoCs) in applications ranging from 5G, wireline and optical communications, LiDAR, radar, automotive networking, AI, image sensors, and the internet-of-things (IoT). Our data converter (ADC and DAC) IP cores range from 6-bit to 14-bit resolution and from a few Msps to more than 20 Gsps sampling rates. Omni offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), comprehensive medical and dental benefits. The salary range is determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
