To support our expanding portfolio and growing pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking a high-performing, driven Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne team, focusing on key corporate office targets. In this role, you will leverage your outstanding business development skills to win new accounts across major offices and large corporate headquarters while nurturing high-value existing relationships. You’ll use a consultative approach, taking facility managers, architects, and corporate decision-makers from concept to contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Corporate Revenue: Proactively acquire new B2B accounts through targeted outreach to large corporate offices, enterprise facilities, and property management groups.
• Consultative Selling: Engage senior stakeholders and workplace experience directors to understand spatial requirements, corporate wellness goals, and budgetary limits.
• Solution Design & Presentation: Create, pitch, and close bespoke plantscape solutions and biophilic design concepts tailored to major corporate office layouts.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of medium-to-large commercial opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Account Strategy & Retention: Maintain executive-level relationships across key corporate accounts to foster long-term retention and expansion.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, contract negotiations, and winning new business within major corporate or enterprise sectors.
• Corporate Savvy: High-level communication skills with the versatility to pitch confidently to C-suite executives, facility managers, and architects.
• Eye for Design / Horticultural Knowledge: A natural flair for spatial aesthetics and interior design; prior knowledge of horticulture or interior plantscaping is ideal (though not essential).
• Strategic Territory Planning: Ability to identify, map out, and cold-call key corporate targets across the Melbourne metro area.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with operational teams to ensure flawless execution on large-scale corporate installs.
