Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Sales & Clinical Specialist Infection Prevention (m/w/d) für den Bereich Infektionsprävention, der unser Team in Deutschland verstärkt. In dieser spannenden Position verbinden Sie medizinisches Fachwissen mit vertrieblicher Exzellenz und tragen aktiv zur Verbesserung der Patientensicherheit bei.
Ihre Aufgaben – Vielfältig und Verantwortungsvoll
Kundenbetreuung & Geschäftsentwicklung
- Strategische Kundenbetreuung: Proaktive Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie systematische Gewinnung neuer Kunden in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
- Aktives Account Management: Professionelle Führung Ihrer Kundenkartei mit regelmäßigen Besuchen und individueller Bedarfsanalyse
- Produktpräsentationen: Durchführung überzeugender Verkaufs- und Schulungsaktionen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
- Klinische Expertise: Fachgerechte Einweisung des Pflegepersonals in die Anwendung unserer Produkte
Vertriebsverantwortung & Strategieumsetzung
- Vollständige Verkaufsverantwortung: Von der Produktneueinführung über Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Zielerreichung: Verantwortung für quantitative und qualitative Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresziele
- Budgetmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle Ihres Umsatzbudgets
- Marktanalyse: Erstellung fundierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im dynamischen Umfeld moderner Medizin
- Umsatzsteigerung: Aktive Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und Marktanteils
Zusammenarbeit & Repräsentation
- Interdisziplinäre Kooperation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Management, Marketing, Health Economics und weiteren Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung des Sales Managers: Durchführung von Trainings und Kundenschulungen
- Messeauftritte: Professionelle Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf relevanten Kongressen und Fachmessen
- Kundenservice: Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von Kundenbestellungen, -anfragen sowie Reklamationen an die entsprechenden Abteilungen
Ihr Profil – Ihre Qualifikationen für den Erfolg
Fachliche Qualifikationen
- Vertriebserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Außendienst, idealerweise als Pharmareferent/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Medizinischer Hintergrund: Erfahrung im OP-Bereich, beispielsweise als OP-Schwester/-Pfleger, oder fundiertes Verständnis für klinische Abläufe
- Vertriebskompetenz: Bewährte Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im medizinischen oder pharmazeutischen Umfeld
Persönliche Kompetenzen
- Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe medizinische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit: Ausgeprägte Team-Player-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit
- Flexibilität: Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit an unterschiedliche Kundensituationen und Marktanforderungen
- Mobilität: Reisebereitschaft von 80-90% im zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet
