The Sales Client Partner will own client relationships, grow existing accounts, and identify and develop new business opportunities.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Consistent achievement of sales targets over the past 3 years
- Strong client-facing experience
- Experience supporting or owning $500K+ deals
- Ability to clearly explain their specific contribution to major deals
- Must have a background in IT Services, IT Consulting, Managed Services, or a Technology Product company
- Delivery, consulting, or presales experience is preferred

- Strong drive and initiative to build and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable working with senior executives and decision-makers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Practical understanding of AI and its application in business
- Ability to confidently explain Orion’s AI-first approach
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Flexible, coachable, and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hands-on environment
