In this position, you will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Provide professional advice and service to customers, including the active sale of all KJUS products

• Handle all cash desk operations, including payments, exchanges, returns, and daily opening and closing procedures

• Ensure the collections are presented in an attractive, clean and professional manner, including visual merchandising of the sales floor

• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales area, including floors, fitting rooms, mirrors and display units

• Manage merchandise, including labelling, sorting, assortment maintenance and ordering

• Coordinate stock between the warehouse and the store

• Actively build and maintain strong customer relationships

Candidate requirements :

• Completed vocational training in sales/retail, with professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the textile, fashion or sporting goods industry

• Very good command of German and English

• Good IT skills, particularly MS Office and Outlook

• Engaged, responsible, flexible and service- and customer-oriented personality with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

• Passionate about sports and a strong team player
