We are currently hiring for a growing Dubai-based real estate agency (brokerage) focused on providing reliable property solutions to residents, investors, and businesses.

We work across residential, commercial, off-plan, secondary, and investment properties, helping clients make informed decisions in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated, sales-driven, and knowledgeable Property Consultants to join our team on a commission-based basis.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, and supporting clients throughout the buying, selling, and rental process.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Dubai/UAE property market and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

This is a commission-based opportunity and is best suited for motivated property consultants who are looking to build a strong pipeline and grow their earnings through performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, prospecting, and other business development activities.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain and manage multiple property listings and client requirements.
• Provide clients with accurate information on property prices, market trends, locations, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions.
• Work closely with the team while also managing your own client portfolio independently.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience throughout the transaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market.
• Knowledge of the off-plan market, secondary market, or both.
• Solid understanding of the Dubai property market, local regulations, and market trends.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Additional languages such as Russian, Mandarin, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Farsi are highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple listings, clients, and transactions effectively.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and sales-driven.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
