Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Identify, assess and prioritize process improvement, automation and artificial intelligence opportunities aligned with IFF and Global Business Services priorities.
• Analyze business processes, pain points, risks, controls, data requirements and expected outcomes to develop effective transformation solutions.
• Determine the most suitable approach for each opportunity, including process redesign, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, artificial intelligence solutions, artificial intelligence agents, agentic automation or a combination of technologies.
• Lead discovery workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business, process, technology and governance functions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation and implementation plans.
• Develop business cases and define expected value, including productivity improvements, cycle-time reduction, quality enhancement, compliance and customer experience benefits.
• Coordinate testing, business readiness, change management, training, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Partner with developers, solution architects and platform teams to ensure solutions are practical, secure, scalable and aligned with business requirements.
• Support portfolio reporting, project tracking and the responsible adoption of automation and artificial intelligence across IFF.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, business transformation, process improvement, business analysis, automation or a related environment.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands.
• Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence tools, artificial intelligence agents and agentic automation concepts.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with UiPath or other enterprise automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean or project management methodologies.
• Understanding of responsible artificial intelligence practices, including data privacy, governance, human oversight and model monitoring.
