About you
As a Roving Maintenance Technician (Company Vehicle Provided) in the Tampa Bay, FL area, you are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You can quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, responding to emergency requests working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.
In this role, you will
Coordinate and complete building repairs, system maintenance, and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
Maintain and review daily operating logs for air conditioning systems, fan units, utility meters, equipment readings, and tenant service requests.
Ensure building systems and tenant service requests are addressed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Coordinate contractor, tenant, and management approvals for maintenance and repair work orders.
What you'll bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Working knowledge of work order management and preventative maintenance software.
Experience with painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry/construction projects.
Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests, as needed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
