The Position

工作职责：

A. 患者全程管理

• 梳理并建立生态圈内患者跨院/院内的分级诊疗与双向转诊路径（Patient Flow)，从而更好的推动全程管理在医院内/间的落地. 
• 协助生态圈内医院及相关科室推进和打造会诊通道，协助上下层医院间衔接流转，助力绿色转诊通道的建立，最终实现患者获益。
• 管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施，并确保其合规性。

B. 支付方案

• 与准入团队合作，协助整合罗氏相关支付方案，依法依规传递相关支付解决方案信息。

C. 疾病认知（患者教育）

• 与第三方机构协作，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，协助开展患者教育，提升疾病认知，促进患者获益。

能力要求：

• 5年以上医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先
• 跨职能、或者相关治疗领域经验优先
• 拥有成长性思维和快速学习能力
• 优秀的沟通，合作和资源整合能力
• 具有卓越合规意识
• 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
