At BAYADA, you’ll provide 1:1 home care for children in Winston-Salem and nearby communities. With flexible schedules, weekly pay, and hands-on clinical support, you’ll deliver compassionate care in a rewarding, family-centered setting.
What BAYADA Offers
- $30–36/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Join our Premium Night Shift Team – $35/hr flat rate! T/V case required, plus just 1 weekend shift/month and 1 holiday/year (your choice).
- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
- Daytime, Evening, and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- No Weekend Requirement
- Commitment Bonuses: $5k-10k depending on level of commitment

What You Need
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
