Join our 32-bed Emergency Department, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral hub serving northwest Montana. Our emergency team cares for patients of all ages and treats a diverse range of medical, surgical, pediatric, and trauma conditions.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer
• ENPC & TNCC within 1 year of hire/transfer
• Previous Emergency or Critical Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in patient conditions
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patients’ physical and mental status
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient safety
• Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions
• Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless patient care

Shift:

Schedule: 36 hours/ week, 3 12-hour night shifts, 1900-0700

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
