As a Risk & Regulation - MSP - Senior Manager, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations. By crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages, you will tell a holistic story that aligns with client needs. Responsibilities

- Leading regulatory compliance initiatives to help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Developing and implementing compliance strategies to mitigate risks effectively
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice on regulatory risk compliance
- Overseeing the design and execution of compliance audits and assessments
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls and governance frameworks
- Conducting risk analysis and monitoring to identify potential compliance issues
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate compliance requirements
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in compliance processes
- Directing teams through complex regulatory challenges with composure and strategic questioning
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve compliance solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
