  • Monitor the implementation of agreed risk mitigation actions and provide follow-up reporting on remediation plans and outstanding actions.
  • Support the production of risk reports for Senior Management, Boards and Board Committees, ensuring reporting is clear, insightful and focused on key risk exposures.
  • Assist in the assessment of outsourced activities and third-party risk management arrangements.
  • Assist in the review of new products, business initiatives and strategic projects from a risk perspective.
  • Participate in thematic risk reviews and deep-dive assessments of material risks, emerging risks and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the monitoring of compliance with Solvency II governance requirements and related regulatory expectations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and information requests.
  • Monitor relevant developments from EIOPA, national supervisory authorities and other regulatory bodies and assess their impact on the business.
  • Support Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Incident Management processes where applicable.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of risk policies, procedures and governance documentation.
  • Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation through awareness initiatives, training, stakeholder engagement and support to risk owners and business functions.
  • Contribute to ESG and sustainability risk assessments where required.
