Work Location and On-Site/Telework Requirements: All services shall be provided on-site at the Government’s facilities located at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), 6595 Springfield Center Drive, Springfield, VA 20598

Role Overview:
The Risk Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of the ERM program. This role specializes in data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the development of reporting tools to help TSA leadership make risk-informed performance, budgeting, and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and data collection to support the drafting of risk reports for the ERSC and Risk IPT meetings.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis to escalate, de-escalate, or validate enterprise risks.
- Maintain and update the TSA Enterprise Risk Register.
- Assist in producing risk-based data to support the annual risk-based budget and resource allocation plan across surface transportation sectors.
- Develop clear, actionable reports and presentations to communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in risk or data analysis.
- Certifications: CRMA, CIA, or equivalent preferred. Certifications must be current and recognized by federal agencies.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and risk analysis tools; familiar with federal risk frameworks and internal controls.
