Key responsibilities:

Records Governance & Compliance

• Implement and maintain RIM processes aligned with enterprise standards and global WWRIM policies (e.g., retention schedules, legal hold, classification)
• Ensure compliant archiving, retrieval, and disposition of records
• Contribute to RIM activities related to outsourcing, divestitures, and site transitions

Data & Repository Management

• Maintain and optimize records management systems to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability
• Oversee classification, metadata quality, and lifecycle management of records
• Manage the relationship with the external storage company and coordinate physical archiving, vendor interactions, and retrieval processes

Stakeholder Support & Training

• Act as a key point of contact for RIM-related topics across the organization
• Support and train Record Coordinators and business stakeholders on RIM policies and tools
• Build and maintain a strong network of RIM coordinators across functions

Legal Hold & Risk Mitigation

• Ensure the correct application of retention schedules and legal hold requirements on records
• Implement record destruction processes in line with policies and required approvals
• Identify and mitigate risks related to information governance and data handling

Digitalization & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline and digitize RIM processes
• Support or lead initiatives for digital record transition and automation
• Explore emerging technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics) to enhance RIM efficiency and insight generation
