About the role

Act as a specialist Reward enablement partner, supporting , HR and Reward stakeholders through expert guidance, governance, insight and problem solving. The role focuses on higher-value advisory and enablement activity; repeatable cyclical administration, including administrative support for the Annual Reward Cycle, is delivered by GBO, GRO, automation or self-service wherever possible.

• Provide expert guidance on Reward policies, frameworks, governance requirements and decision principles.

• Support  HR teams and leaders  in applying Reward principles and making informed, consistent Reward decisions.

• Analyze Reward trends, service data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks.

• Develop and maintain knowledge assets, guidance materials, playbooks and self-service tools that enable global standardization.

• Support implementation of Reward transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and manager capability building.

What you will bring

• Proficient English language knowledge and advantage one of these: Chinese/German/Dutch/French/Italian/Polish language knowledge

• Strong technical reward experience with understanding of reward frameworks and annual cycles;

• Service delivery and enablement mindset;

• Relationship building with stakeholders in multi locations, analytical and problem-solving capability;

• Ability to improve self-service and standardized ways of working.
