About the role 

The Revenue Operations Intern is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. You'll play a key role in enabling the revenue team to succeed through technology support and training. You'll have the opportunity to develop professionally in data hygiene and management, sales tool administration, report building, and sales training and enablement - while having a real impact on Bitmovin's success as an organization.

What you will do:

Data Hygiene & Management

• Import new Org IDs into Salesforce on a daily-to-weekly rhythm.
• Work through data hygiene in Salesforce and Apollo: duplicate records, outdated job titles, missing fields. Unglamorous, and everything else depends on it.

AI-Assisted Workflows

• Use tools like Claude for research, drafting, checking data, and automating repetitive parts of the work.
• Experiment with what works and turn good ideas into repeatable workflows the rest of the revenue team can use.

Sales Enablement & Process Support

• Help run the commission and performance review processes, which run on a fixed cycle and involve confidential documents going out to named people.
• Prepare and distribute these documents, check the numbers, and keep everything on deadline.

What can you bring:

• A hunger to learn and master cutting-edge sales tools to your advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies.

Nice to have but not required:

• Sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience.
• Experience working in Salesforce, DealHub, LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar technologies.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
