À propos de ce poste Revenue Intern (Summer 2027) chez Relay
Relay is the Intelligent System of Action for the physical economy. While the digital revolution has often left the deskless workforce behind, we are closing that gap by transforming analog frontline operations into a data-rich, AI-powered ecosystem. We aren't just selling radios, we’re building the digital foundation for the 80% of the global workforce that doesn't work at a desk.
What makes our Sumer Intern program different:
- Executive and senior leadership team exposure - regular touchpoints with Relay's leadership team, including Q&A coffee chats, Breakfast with the CEO, and working sessions.
- Cross-functional cohort - work alongside interns across every part of the business, not just your team.
- Structured learning - regular skill-building sessions covering topics from product strategy to financial modeling to sales craft to professional networking and interviewing skills.
- Real ownership - you'll own a project from kickoff to final presentation, with mentors and fellow Relayers who are invested in your success.
- Intern showcase - present your work to the full company at the end of the summer
- Raleigh HQ experience - team lunches, volunteer Intern Impact day, social events, and a chance to see how a scaling tech company operates up close! Work from our amenity-rich Raleigh campus (fitness center, sports courts) with a team dedicated to "Best Work In My Life" (BWIML).
If you're passionate about technology, driven to make a difference and align your work to a bigger mission, and excited to join a company that's shaping the future of frontline work, we encourage you to explore opportunities at Relay!

- Work directly with our Revenue Accounting team on ASC 606 compliance, deferred revenue analysis, and month-end close processes, developing an understanding of Relay's products and the order-to-cash cycle along the way
- Get exposure to how the team applies ASC 606 revenue recognition, including reviewing sales orders, customer contracts, and invoices under guidance for both standard and non-standard arrangements
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting on a cross-functional initiative to redesign internal revenue reporting — evaluating existing report structure, aligning with how Finance and the business track performance, and delivering improved reporting that scales with the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Customer Success, and Legal on contract and order questions, reflecting how revenue accounting actually operates in a fast-moving B2B company
- Take on a defined project during the internship focused on identifying a recurring manual process within revenue accounting and either building a tool to automate it, conducting a deep analytical review to improve it, or developing documentation/training materials to support the team's operations.
- Present your project findings/deliverables at our Intern Showcase at the end of the internship
- Support the broader Accounting team on ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
