We are seeking a talented individual for Retirement Consulting 인턴 (정규직 전환형) position at Mercer. This role will be based in Korea.

• 퇴직연금 관련 데이터 분석, 시장 조사, 제도 설계, 투자 옵션 리서치 등 폭넓은 업무를 경험할 수 있습니다.

We will count on you to:

1. 보험수리 평가 업무 지원

• 국제회계기준 및 미국회계기준에 따른 퇴직급여제도의 계리평가 지원

• 데이터 수집 및 산출물 작성 과정에서 고객사 및 외부 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 지원

• 회계 기준 및 관련 규정에 따른 데이터 검토 및 분석 지원

2. 퇴직연금 제도 설계 및 운영 지원

• 고객의 니즈와 관련 규제를 반영한 퇴직연금 제도 설계 지원

• 연금사업자 및 서비스 제공자 조사·비교, 적합한 대안 검토 지원

• 제도 도입 및 변경 과정에서 원활한 실행과 규제 준수 지원

3. 설문조사 및 데이터 분석

• Google Forms 또는 Mercer 내부 설문 도구를 활용한 설문조사 기획 및 운영

• 설문 응답 및 퇴직연금 관련 데이터 분석을 통한 시장 트렌드 및 인사이트 도출

• 퇴직연금 시장 및 투자 옵션 관련 데이터 수집·분석 및 시사점 정리

What you need to have:

• 계리, 통계, 금융, 데이터공학 또는 관련 전공 (기 졸업자 대상)

• 은행, 자산관리, 연금사업자, 연금 컨설팅 등 금융 관련 분야에서 2년 미만 경력 보유

• Microsoft Excel 및 PowerPoint 활용 능력

• 기본적인 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

• 근무 기간 : 2026년 9월 ~ 2027년 1월 (5개월) *근무 성과 평가에 따라 정규직 전환 가능
