About the Role

At 7-Eleven, we're passionate about creating little moments of brightness in our customers' day. From Australia's favourite coffee to iconic Slurpee flavours and fresh food ranges, our proprietary products play a unique role in millions of customer missions every year.

We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative Retail Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Proprietary Marketing Squad. In this role, you'll help bring our retail marketing campaigns to life, supporting the planning, development, production and execution of campaigns across coffee, Slurpee, hot food, chilled food and sweet food.

Working closely with Campaign Leads, creative partners, production suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help ensure our campaigns are delivered seamlessly across store, digital and customer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with around 3+ years' experience in retail marketing, campaign coordination or marketing communications who loves turning plans into action and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns across 7-Eleven's proprietary product portfolio.
• Coordinate development of in-store POS, promotional materials and campaign assets.
• Brief and work with creative, production and print partners to deliver campaign requirements.
• Manage campaign timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Assist with campaign administration including approvals, purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
• Coordinate delivery of campaign assets across stores and other customer touchpoints.
• Partner closely with marketing, category, operations and agency teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Help monitor campaign activity and support post-campaign reviews and reporting.

What You'll Bring

• At least 3+ years' experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, retail marketing or marketing communications role.
• Experience coordinating retail marketing campaigns and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Confidence working with creative agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or customer-facing marketing environments will be highly regarded.
