In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires guiding teams to integrate responsible AI practices throughout project lifecycles, facilitating collaboration across various departments, and championing the adoption of AI technologies that align with organizational values and societal expectations. The role demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are transparent, fair, and accountable, while also driving innovation within the ethical framework established for AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to embed ethical principles into AI project workflows and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on responsible AI objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to ethical AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering and analytics within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions that incorporate fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Experience in managing AI project lifecycles with a focus on ethical compliance and governance.
- Familiarity with data processing, transformation, and optimization techniques using Databricks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
