Project Role Description : Assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved.

Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, your day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable standards. You will design and apply strategies to mitigate risks associated with AI technologies, ensuring that these systems operate within defined benchmarks. Your role requires continuous monitoring and assessment to uphold the integrity and accountability of AI implementations, contributing to the development of trustworthy and compliant AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify potential ethical risks in AI systems and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices related to responsible AI across various project teams.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI systems with a focus on ethical considerations and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to analyze complex AI models and assess their compliance with sustainability and ethical benchmarks.
- Familiarity with AI risk assessment frameworks and mitigation techniques.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices into workflows.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI system performance and ethical compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
