The Resource Management Business Solutions Senior Associate supports enterprise resource management operations through reporting and analytics solutions that support utilization, capacity, and resourcing decisions. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing resource management reporting solutions, troubleshooting and testing updates to data sources and tools, and ongoing platform support. The Senior Associate works closely with team members across time zones, contributes to continuous improvement and automation initiatives, and supports the maintenance, enhancement, and operational stability of resource management platforms and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong reporting and analytical capabilities with a practical understanding of resource management operations, business context, and how leaders use data to make decisions. This person can partner effectively with business stakeholders, data SMEs, and technical teams to transform needs into clear, reliable, and actionable reporting solutions. Using AI and automation tools responsibly to drive efficiency and optimize data analysis will be key to success in this role. They bring curiosity, strong communication skills, and the judgment to anticipate what leaders need to see before requirements are fully defined, while continuing to learn the tools, platforms, and processes that support enterprise resource management.

Analytics, Reporting & Business Enablement

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards supporting management-level and operational reporting for utilization, capacity, and workforce planning decisions•
• Develop and maintain resource management reporting solutions which could include Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations
• Ensure data accuracy and optimize report performance in collaboration with data SMEs, IT data engineering, API owners, and relevant business data domain SMEs
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and support resolution efforts by partnering effectively across technical and business teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting standards, data definitions, and analytical best practices• Perform user acceptance testing, regression testing, and post-release validation for reporting or system enhancements
• Use data-querying tools, as needed, to extract, validate, and analyze data•
• Support analysis and validation of reporting impacts related to Dayshape configuration changes and enhancements
• Use firm standard AI and automation tools to optimize reporting development and analysis including M365 Copilot, agent builder, Power Automate, etc.

Platform Support, Training & Continuous Improvement

• Support overall Dayshape operations through data uploads & validation, functional testing, and issue analysis & resolution•
• Partner with Solution Support, Product, and QA teams to validate enhancements, reporting outcomes, and operational readiness
• Contribute to documentation, procedures, and knowledge management resources
• Lead or support training on reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality
• Support responsible AI and process improvement initiatives aligned with firm standards

Coaching & Team Contribution

• Provide guidance, peer coaching, and informal training to Support team and Resource Management stakeholders
• Share knowledge and best practices related to reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and documentation maintenance
• Support workload coordination and collaboration across global team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications.

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel analysis, data modeling, and reporting
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports & dashboards
• Experience with Power BI semantic models, DAX, Power Query, data validation, APIs, and automation tools such as Power Automate or Microsoft agents preferred; familiarity with SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Python scripting a plusExperience with M365 Copilot, agent builder and detailed prompt engineering
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools strongly preferred• Knowledge of data transformation, data validation, and reporting best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot reporting, data, and system issues while identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions• Experience supporting the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of business intelligence and reporting platforms
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable, business-ready insights that reflect business context, leader needs, and how the information will be used
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across time zone

EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics, business analysis, reporting(Resource management experience a plus)
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Dayshape, or similar tools preferred
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams in a professional services environment preferred
• Experience working in an Agile or product-support environment, including backlog management and release testing

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

• Confidence to lead and train users of reporting tools
• Strong stakeholder-management and consultative skills, including the ability to challenge requirements constructively and manage expectations
• Exercises judgment in prioritizing work and resolving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
