Residential Property Consultant (Sales/Leasing)

Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield's growing Residential Services team and help connect homeowners, landlords, buyers, and tenants across Jakarta's premium residential market. This role focuses on business development, residential sales and leasing, client relationship management, and expanding the residential property portfolio through proactive networking and market engagement. Previous residential brokerage experience is an advantage, but we're also open to highly motivated individuals with strong market networks and a passion for real estate.

About the Role:

• Build and grow a portfolio of residential properties by developing relationships with homeowners, landlords, developers, property agents, and other industry partners while actively identifying new listing opportunities.

• Market and promote apartments, landed houses, and residential developments through online platforms, social media, networking activities, property viewings, and client engagement to generate sales and leasing opportunities.

• Manage the end-to-end leasing and sales process including client enquiries, property presentations, negotiations, documentation, and successful transaction completion.

• Stay up to date with residential market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer preferences while providing clients with professional advice on leasing, sales, and investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams while continuously expanding your professional network, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of Cushman & Wakefield's Residential Services platform.

About You:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates with strong networks in the residential property market are welcome to apply, and also candidates with experience in residential brokerage, property sales, leasing, business development, or customer-facing sales environments are highly encouraged.

• Passionate about sales, networking, and relationship building, with the confidence to engage property owners, buyers, tenants, developers, and external property agents.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to independently generate leads, build new client relationships, and grow your own property portfolio.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to meet clients and conduct property viewings outside regular office hours when required.
