Reservations Agent | Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh
At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, our Reservations Agents play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. This position is responsible for handling reservation inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring every guest receives personalized service that reflects the legendary hospitality standards of Four Seasons.
What you will do
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, travel partners, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests in the property management system.
- Maximize room revenue by promoting room upgrades, resort experiences, and additional services whenever appropriate.
- Ensure all guest preferences, special occasions, and important stay details are recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of room types, rates, packages, resort facilities, and seasonal promotions.
- Build strong relationships with guests, travel advisors, and business partners while delivering exceptional service aligned with Four Seasons standards.
- Monitor room inventory and availability to optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
- Follow up on guest and travel partner requests to ensure all inquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and service excellence targets while contributing to the overall success of the Reservations team.
What you bring
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (preferably Opera) and Microsoft Office applications, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
