Your Role

• Develop digital processes for the evaluation and optimization of optical components
• Implement fully automated solutions in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment
• Introduce processes into production, provide ongoing support and contribute to the approval and release of development results
• Take technical responsibility for the entire process chain and ensure an overarching view of interdependencies and interfaces
• Lead smaller projects and coordinate expert teams

Your Profile

• An outstanding university degree in a STEM field
• Excellent programming skills, including modern software architecture, ideally combined with experience in larger software development projects
• Knowledge of technical optics and optical metrology is an advantage
• Strong customer and manufacturing orientation combined with a high degree of creativity, perseverance and initiative
• A confident professional manner, excellent negotiation skills and a structured, team-oriented approach
• Business-fluent German and English
