Responsibilities:

• Provides internal guest service to employees by consistently demonstrating property guest service standards and accurately and effectively answering employee questions.
• Supports employees on the utilization of Human Resources technology for both online and telephone access, including Workday and the Benefits Service Center.
• Provides useful suggestions and recommendations to employees to enhance their employee experience through self-service.
• Processes all employee information for new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations information including I-9 verification.
• Performs special projects and assignments as requested by department management.
• Performs administrative and clerical support related to other areas of Human Resources including team member relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance and training.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of Human Resource experience or related administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a similar casino and resort setting.
• Spanish bilingual required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Workday preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to delivering a positive employee experience with each interaction.
• Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task with the ability to be self-directed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills.
