About the Client

A boutique creative agency in North America is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to bring brand identity and web design work in-house and become the senior creative anchor for the team.

The agency is a full-service team of under 10 people delivering brand strategy, web design, video production, and campaign creative for multiple client brands at a time. Design has been handled by freelancers until now, and this is the first senior in-house design hire.

About the Role

The work is 70% graphic design and 30% video editing. Day to day you will build brand systems from discovery through delivery, design full websites and landing pages in Figma for developer handoff, produce print and paid social creative, and edit short-form social video with motion graphics. You will run 3–5 client brands at the same time, report to the operations lead, and work directly with the founder during the first 30 days. Success means first-pass work that needs only minor tweaks, low revision counts per project, and proactive updates that keep clients and the internal team ahead of deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy

• Lead brand guideline creation for new client projects, including logo, color systems, typography, and visual language
• Translate client discovery workshops and mood boards into complete brand systems
• Maintain brand consistency across every client touchpoint and deliverable
• Build presentation decks for client pitches, strategy sessions, and internal reviews

UI/UX & Web Design

• Design full website layouts and user flows in Figma for developer handoff
• Work with web developers to keep builds accurate to the approved designs
• Design landing pages, email templates, and digital campaign assets
• Apply responsive design and accessibility standards across all web projects

Multi-Client Design Execution

• Produce print collateral including brochures, billboards, pamphlets, and out-of-home advertising
• Design paid social ads and organic social media graphics
• Execute marketing campaign creative across channels
• Run 3–5 client projects at once with different timelines and brand guidelines

Video & Motion Graphics

• Edit 30–60 second social videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Build motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects
• Apply brand design elements inside video content
• Handle basic video assembly and B-roll editing for social campaigns

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or multi-client environment, managing 3–5 client brands at a time
• Portfolio showing brand identity systems (logo, color, typography, brand guidelines), UI/UX web design, and print collateral
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience designing full website layouts, landing pages, and email templates in Figma for developer handoff
• C1+ English (CEFR) for direct communication with US-based clients and agency leadership
• 2–3+ years of night shift work experience if based in the Philippines or another Asia timezone
• Internet connection of at least 125 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download for large video file transfers

Nice-to-Have

• Short-form video editing and motion graphics in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience running or participating in client discovery workshops and client-facing presentations
• Design systems and component-based UI design experience
• Brand work across both B2B and B2C clients
