The role

We are looking for an experienced, Polish-speaking Relationship Manager to develop Saxo's high-value client franchise across Central and Eastern Europe, with Poland as the primary target market. You will take ownership of an Elite portfolio, our highest-value clients across CEE, with a particular focus on expanding our presence in Poland. You will build a deep understanding of how clients invest and trade, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to grow assets, activity and revenue in a sustainable way. You will engage with private investors and traders, but also corporate structures and Family Foundations.

This is a hands-on commercial role that combines market conversations, trusted client advice within the boundaries of the role, disciplined portfolio management and new-business development. You will work closely with colleagues across trading, products, operations, compliance and technology, supported by Saxo's global platform and broad multi-asset offering.

The role is based in Prague, an international and well-connected hub for Saxo's CEE business, and includes regular engagement with clients and prospects across the region.

Responsibilities

·   Own and develop a portfolio of high-value clients across CEE, with Poland as the primary market

·   Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding clients' investment objectives, trading behaviour and service expectations

·   Drive sustainable commercial growth through deeper client engagement, higher product adoption, referrals and new client acquisition

·   Re-engage less active clients and identify relevant opportunities across Saxo's products, platforms and services

·   Act as a senior point of contact for clients, coordinating internal expertise to resolve issues and deliver a consistently high level of service

·   Introduce relevant trading tools, products and solutions, and communicate platform developments and product launches clearly and responsibly

·   Support clients through due-diligence and ongoing review processes while ensuring full alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements

·   Meet clients and prospects in person and represent Saxo at seminars, conferences and industry events across the region

·   Contribute market insight and client feedback to Saxo's commercial priorities and regional growth strategy

·   Share knowledge and support the development of less experienced colleagues within the team

External profile and thought leadership

For the right candidate, the role offers the opportunity to become one of Saxo's recognised voices in the CEE region. Depending on expertise, experience and business needs, you may:

·   Represent Saxo as a spokesperson in selected media and external engagements

·   Speak at conferences, industry panels and client events

·   Deliver lectures, market briefings and educational webinars for clients, prospects and wider audiences

·   Work with marketing and investment specialists to develop relevant, credible content for the Polish and broader CEE markets

Your profile

You are an experienced relationship professional with strong commercial judgement, credibility with sophisticated clients and a genuine interest in financial markets. You are comfortable owning results, developing new business and representing Saxo internally and externally.

·   At least five years of experience in relationship management or a closely related client-facing role within brokerage, trading, private banking, wealth management or financial markets.

·   Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written, is essential.

·   Professional fluency in English is required; Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian or another Eastern European language is an advantage.

·   Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and multi-asset trading.

·   A proven commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, expand relationships and attract new business.

·   Confident communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain market and product topics clearly to different audiences.

·   A structured, proactive and resilient approach, with sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.

·   Willingness to travel across CEE and to be based in, or relocate to, Prague.

·   Passion for trading or sophisticated investing is much appreciated
