We are currently seeking a highly motivated ambitious individual who is voracious for success and thrives on challenges to join our sales team as a Relationship Manager - B2B based at our City Office, Sydney NSW.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities across all B2B markets including Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing, and Insurance.

• Customer Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales management team to formulate effective sales strategies, set achievable targets and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our car rental services, vehicle fleet and pricing structure to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

• Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, prepare contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sale activities, track performance metrics via SFA CRM tool.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing and Revenue Capacity Management to support the overall growth and success of the business.

To be considered, you should possess: 

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Previous sales or Account Management experience.

• Knowledge of CRM systems.

• Proven track record of high performance in a remote work environment.
