Job Duties
- Lead the marketing efforts for the Company in managing and developing existing relationships and attracting new clients
- Understand the client's profile and match product offering to align with client requirements
- Meet the day-to-day servicing requirements of the clients, including any personal request they require
- Independent execution of client's transactions, ensuring minimal errors
- Apply the highest standards in respect of client onboarding, investment suitability, quality of investment advice, banking and trading transactions, client monitoring, account reviews as well as documentation of client interaction – to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable directives, rules & regulations
- Contact clients regularly and maintain relevant call reports as contact logs in Avaloq
- Conduct independent client onboarding and completion of KYC: Ensure good knowledge of your clients, their background, source of wealth and other relevant information
- Complete client file reviews in a timely manner and proactively update KYC changes
- AML/CFT: identify, assess and control the ML/TF risks of their business. Understand the background/rational of transactions
- Suitability obligations: follow the advisory and selling process and respective suitability obligations
- Attend to Avaloq issues in a timely fashion
- Avoid client complaint
- Respond to findings of Conformity and Compliance in a timely and proactive manner
- Being integral member of a dedicated Front Cluster, serving as deputy for cluster members
- Provide support to Cluster Relationship Manager in servicing clients, focusing on sustainable long-term client relationships, built on trust and mutual respect
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the culture and values of the LGT Group during interaction with clients and in public behavior
- Conduct a sustainable business in line with regulatory expectations and the Bank’s Code of Conduct/directives/policies/processes
- Maintain personal ‘Fit & Proper’ requirements and fulfill industry competence/regulatory/notification requirements at all times
- Meet individual targets as per own BSC and attend all relevant meetings/trainings
- Understand the profile/needs of clients well to be able to match LGT’s offering with client requirements
- Continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge base (whilst at least fulfilling regulatory training requirements), on markets, products, research, etc., in order to discharge your role/duties in a satisfactory manner
Requirements
Extensive experience in the role of Relationship Manager, serving and advising high‑net‑worth clients.
