At The Village at Rockville, a National Lutheran Communities & Services community, we're seeking a dedicated Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our nursing team and help create meaningful experiences for the older adults we proudly serve.

As an RN Charge Nurse, you'll play a vital leadership role on the evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting team members, and fostering a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence.

Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift

Compensation: $44.00 - $57.00 per hour (Final offer reflects the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background).

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the evening shift.
• Assess resident needs and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, and other care team members.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a resource, mentor, and role model for nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to providing person-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
