    • Serves as the primary clinical and communication resource for Transplant and Cellular Therapy patients, facilitating progression through evaluation, workup, treatment planning, and therapy while ensuring timely information exchange among patients, providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
    • Collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate the flow of clinical evaluations, diagnostic workups, and treatment readiness activities, ensuring timely scheduling, completion, and availability of results for review.
    • Coordinates care across key treatment phases, including conditioning, lymphodepletion, cell collection, infusion/transplant, and discharge planning.
    • Monitors patient progress and coordination needs throughout treatment, proactively identifying issues and escalating clinical concerns as appropriate.
    • Identifies patients who may qualify for clinical trials, supports protocol-specific workup activities, and notifies appropriate staff of potential cellular therapy candidates.
