About the role:

A Scrub Scout Registered Nurse plays a key role in the operating theatre by supporting surgeons and ensuring procedures run safely and efficiently.

• Be part of a highly skilled theatre team Work alongside Surgeons, Anaesthetists, and experienced perioperative professionals in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
• Make a direct impact on patient safety Play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality care throughout the perioperative journey and during critical stages of surgical treatment.
• Develop advanced clinical skills Gain exposure to a broad range of surgical specialties while enhancing your assessment, critical thinking, and perioperative nursing expertise.
• Strong clinical support and mentorship Benefit from ongoing guidance from Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Educators, and experienced Shift Leaders committed to your professional development.

• Minimum 2 years' Registered Nursing experience in theatres environment is required specifically scrub scout
• Current AHPRA Registration (no restriction) DIV 1
