Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Charting Experience: Epic - 1 year experience required

Requirements

• Must have a year of Med Surg experience
• Must have Ortho experience or Pediatrics experience within the last 5 years
• Must have 1 year of Epic experience
• Active and unencumbered South Carolina RN or compact license
• Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
• Active ALCS Certification
• Active PALS Certification
• Negative TB within last 12 months
• Hep B Series or Titer
• MMR Series or Titer
• Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
• Varicella Series or Titer
