About the role 

• Deliver safe, patient-centred and evidence-based care that meets individual patient needs and goals. 

• Provide quality nursing care across a diverse range of surgical, medical and specialty services. 

• Work collaboratively with nursing, medical and allied health teams to support positive patient outcomes. 

• Promote quality, safety and service excellence through effective clinical practice and continuous improvement. 

• Develop your clinical skills through professional development, teaching, mentoring and leadership opportunities.

About you 

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 3 years’ acute care nursing experience 

• Flexible and willing to work a range of shift patterns, including days and nights 

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels 

• Passionate about delivering quality, patient-centred care and making a genuine difference to patients’ lives 

• ENT, Neurology, Cardiology or Urology experience highly regarded; Working Holiday Visa holders must have 6+ months remaining
