Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Visits

We're currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing skilled home health visits to adult and geriatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.

Make a Difference Every Day
As a BAYADA Registered Nurse, you will:
• Conduct skilled home health nursing visits (not private duty or shift care)
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments
• Monitor patient conditions and clinical progress
• Administer treatments and carry out physician orders
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Travel throughout your local territory providing one-on-one care in patients' homes

Qualifications
• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Additional Information
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
$64.00 - $74.00 per point ($99,840 - $115,440 annual earning potential)
