At Reed, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Manager for our Croydon Core business. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of recruitment specialisms within our Croydon office, developing people, growing client partnerships, and driving outstanding business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring teams across multiple recruitment specialisms within the Croydon office.
• Coaching, developing and motivating recruiters and managers to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Driving business development activity and strengthening key client relationships across the region.
• Identifying opportunities for growth across new and existing markets.
• Creating a high-performance culture focused on quality, service, and results.
• Supporting recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent development across your teams.
• Collaborating with specialist and regional leaders to maximise opportunities and market coverage.
• Using market insight and commercial awareness to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
