Regional Fleet Manager

The Role

We're seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations and our driver team across the Richmond, KY market. This role is responsible for the safe, on-time delivery and pickup of customer artwork across Framebridge retail locations, with direct accountability for driver management, fleet vehicle oversight, route management, and store partnership. The ideal candidate brings hands-on transportation or fleet operations experience, strong people management skills, and a solutions-first mindset. This role reports to the National Transportation Planner.

As Regional Fleet Manager, You Will:

• Directly manage and develop a team of onsite drivers — handling hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action to build a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Build and manage weekly driver schedules, approve timecards, and coordinate coverage for planned absences and unplanned call-outs to ensure routes are never understaffed.
• Monitor driver behavior through GPS telematics and regular ride-alongs, conduct monthly safety meetings, and manage accident reporting and root-cause remediation to maintain a safety-first environment.
• Create and distribute daily pickup and delivery manifests, optimize route sequences for efficiency and cost, and troubleshoot exceptions and missed stops in real time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail store leadership on all delivery, pickup, and driver matters — resolving escalations quickly and maintaining strong working relationships with store teams.
• Manage the local fleet of company-owned, rental, and leased vehicles — including maintenance scheduling, registration and insurance compliance, GPS device installation, fuel card oversight, and vehicle audits.
• Review and approve driver expense submissions for policy compliance, and partner with Finance on expense reconciliation and budget tracking.
• Track and assign traffic violations, citations, and toll charges; implement coaching programs to reduce violation frequency and manage associated costs.
• Maintain audit-ready records for all drivers, vehicles, incidents, and compliance activities; ensure timely renewal of all registrations, permits, and certifications.
• Report regularly to the National Transportation Planner on KPIs including on-time delivery rate, cost per route, miles driven, and maintenance spend — and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives across transportation operations.

Who You Are:

• 3 or more years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing drivers or field-based teams, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Familiarity with GPS telematics, fleet management platforms, and route optimization tools.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and applicable local, state, and federal transportation compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills — you manage multiple priorities simultaneously without letting details fall through the cracks.
• Excellent communicator with a service-first approach to store partnership and driver leadership.
• Comfort working with data: tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable improvements.
• A bias for action — you spot problems early, move quickly to resolve them, and follow through to ensure root causes are addressed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with fleet or logistics software is preferred.

Salary Information:

The base range is $60,000 – $75,000, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
