Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term customer retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and partner targets to expand market presence and introduce new service offerings.
- Conduct outbound sales efforts, client meetings, presentations, and onsite visits as needed.
- Build strategic partnerships with third-party organizations and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Sell and promote workforce technology solutions, including VMS (Vendor Management Systems), SaaS platforms, workforce management tools,
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews that showcase measurable client value and ROI.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience ofDemonstrated success selling SaaS, VMS, MSP, workforce management, scheduling, or contingent workforce technology solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level technology agreements.
- Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workforce trends, staffing operations, and technology-enabled workforce solutions.
- Experience presenting business cases, negotiating contracts, and driving adoption of technology solutions within healthcare organizations.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$86,000 - $107,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
