Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Are you a highly organised individual who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering an excellent candidate experience?

We are looking for Recruitment Coordinators to join a brand-new recruitment team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly created function, helping to shape the way recruitment is delivered while making a tangible impact from the outset.

Working closely with account management, onboarding and operational teams, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding candidates across a variety of workforce groups.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing recruitment activity across a range of staffing groups.

  • Reviewing applications and assessing candidate suitability.

  • Conducting candidate screening calls and guiding applicants through the recruitment process.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates from application through to onboarding.

  • Building talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements.

  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure recruitment plans align with workforce demand.

  • Coordinating onboarding activities and maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout their journey.

  • Managing candidate records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Confidence communicating with candidates over the phone, by email and in person.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • A proactive approach, taking ownership and accountability for your workload.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • The ability to follow processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Desirable Experience

Whilst recruitment experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. We would also welcome applications from individuals who have experience in:

  • Recruitment, resourcing, HR administration or staffing environments.

  • Candidate sourcing and attraction activities.

  • Roles that involve assessing requirements and matching people, products or services to specific needs.

  • Fast-paced, customer-focused environments where organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established team at the beginning of its journey. You'll have the chance to contribute to the team's success, influence ways of working, and play an important role in supporting workforce delivery from day one. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to broaden your experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact on the service we provide.

If you're organised, proactive and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience, we'd love to hear from you - Apply today!
