Executes standardized golf ball testing procedures with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring reliable and consistent data collection. Maintains testing equipment, documents results, and partners with engineers and senior technicians to support product development and performance validation.

Technical Execution

• Perform established golf ball test methods independently and accurately.
• Maintain working knowledge of all standard test procedures.
• Utilize required software tools (Excel, Minitab, and other testing systems) for data entry and basic analysis.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on most assigned equipment.
• Identify equipment or test abnormalities and escalate when necessary.

Quality & Productivity

• Produce accurate, well-documented test data in accordance with project timelines.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
• Keep laboratory and testing environments clean, organized, and audit ready.

Autonomy & Work Management

• Operate with general supervision on routine assignments.
• Manage daily workload effectively and balance multiple test activities.
• Follow established processes and safety standards consistently.

Initiative & Development

• Demonstrate willingness to learn new tests and equipment.
• Seek opportunities to improve safety, accuracy, and efficiency within existing procedures.
• Proactively request additional work when daily assignments are complete.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure test schedules are met.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative team presence.

Experience

2+ years of related technical or laboratory experience.
